ARTICLE 1 - PRICE
1.1 - The prices of our products are in euros excluding the cost of processing and shipping fees (unless stated shipping included) For orders to countries other than Israel you are the. importer of the products concerned. You do not pay tax, the price of basic items will be as indicated in the site. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be due. These rights are not within the purview of Tov Implant LTD. They are your responsibility and are your responsibility both in terms of returns and payments to the authorities / bodies in your country. ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed with all the contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. Tov Implant LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our products and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers. In this framework, information on availability of products are provided at the time of placing your order. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or omissions may exceptionally exist. ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
5.1 General The products purchased on Tov Implant LTD are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the time of treatment and delivery. If delivered on different dates because of their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. However Tov Implant LTD reserves the right to split shipments. The fee for processing and shipping will be charged for one shipment. Tov Implant LTD can not be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery. In case of delay, an email will be sent. ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The settlement of your purchases by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express or other Blue Cards or by bank transfer.
No orders will be processed by RDJ Tov Implant LTD Friday between 16H to 23H Saturday and days of celebrations of Israeli calendar. Payments to these times will be taken into account by RDJ Tov Implant LTD on Saturday after 23H.
ARTICLE 7 - REDEMPTION
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Articles 5 and 8 will be made in less than or equal to 1 month after receipt of the goods by us time. ARTICLE 8 - TIME OF WITHDRAWAL

ARTICLE 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Unless otherwise stated, all texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on Tov Implant LTD are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the world. Any total or partial reproduction of the site Tov Implant LTD is strictly prohibited. 11.2 - certain products are subject-specific and personal uses regulating copies, public distribution, location. ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is subject to Israeli law. The language of this contract is the French language. The French version of these terms of sale will be the only authentic version. In case of dispute, the Parties agree to meet to try to find an amicable solution. In case of failure, the Israeli courts are competent to judge the dispute. Site Tov Implant LTD is hosted and managed from Israel, and these terms are subject to Israeli law. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held invalid under any law or regulation, present or future, or a court having the authority of res judicata and emanating from a court or a competent body, this provision of the contract would be deemed null and void, all other provisions of these Terms maintaining binding between the Parties. These provisions do not deprive customers living outside of Israel rules provided for in international conventions applicable to them.
